Every item you order at Open Road Teez is printed for you on-demand PROUDLY IN THE USA. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. But we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. This is why you can rely on our fair return policy.
Returns & Exchanges – All Items Ordered are direct to garment print on demand. There is no re- stocking involved. Please take your time when ordering. There are no Returns or Exchanges unless there is a defect of the apparel or the printed artwork. Request for a Refund or Exchange due to defect must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please Note: Damages incurred by not following proper wash and dry requirements will void exchange or return.
Please order the proper size apparel as we do not offer Refunds or Exchanges on the orders unless there is a defect. If not sure always order 1 size larger. There are size charts in each item description.
If there is a defect with your apparel please contact us via Email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number and details and photos of the defect. Customer Service will contact you with instructions on how to proceed with the Return.
Returns or Exchanges are processed in approximately 5 business days from receipt of defected product.
